Olukayode Fabunmi

Mr. Olukayode Fabunmi is the Founder of Business Law Clinic. He obtained his LLB Hons degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, a BL from the Nigerian Law School and a Masters of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.

Mr. Fabunmi has handled a variety of international transactions including public private partnership transactions, international business transactions, telecommunications and information technology matters. He has focused his practice on International Business Law, Public-Private Partnerships, International Investment (direct and portfolio). In recent times, Mr. Fabunmi actively promotes good business governance in SMEs. He facilitates the provision of bespoke advisory services tailored to the needs of SMEs and designed to plug legal and regulatory compliance gaps.

He has carried out several key assignments for the Federal Government of Nigeria, government parastatals and private businesses.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Fabunmi has been involved in several capacity building programs and trainings for the public sector in Nigeria and has spoken at several conferences within and outside Nigeria.
